Self-reported maximum height. This protocol includes two questions. All participants aged 25 years and older are asked their current height (i.e., the first question). Participants >50 years of age are also asked their height at 25 years of age (i.e., the second question). Measured height should be taken AFTER self-reported maximum adult height has been taken.
