This is a bioassay to measure 12 different cytokines: Interferon gamma (IFN-gamma), Interleukin-1 beta (IL-1 beta), Interleukin-10 (IL-10), Interleukin-12 (IL-12), Interleukin-13 (IL-13), Interleukin-2 (IL-2), Interleukin-2 Receptor (IL-2R), Interleukin-4 (IL-4), Interleukin-5 (IL-5), Interleukin-6 (IL-6), Interleukin-8 (IL-8), Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha (TNF alpha). The measure is used for research purposes to understand the pathophysiology of immune, infectious, or inflammatory disorders.
