The Short Form-McGill Pain Questionnaire-2(c) (SF-MPQ-2(c)) is a 22-item self-administered questionnaire that asks about the different qualities of pain and related symptoms. Respondents are asked to rate the intensity of each type of pain they felt during the past week on a scale from 0 to 10. This series of questions should be asked of people who are currently experiencing abdominal pain.
