This is a measure to assess overall health status and outcomes. This measure is used to obtain self-reported information on a person's physical and mental health in eight health domains that are relevant across age, disease, and treatment groups: physical functioning, role limitations due to physical health problems, bodily pain, general health, vitality (energy/fatigue), social functioning, role limitations due to emotional problems, and mental health (psychological distress and psychological well-being).
