This is an interviewer-administered dietary analysis program designed for the collection and analyses of 24-hour dietary recalls and the analysis of food records, menus, and recipes. Calculation of nutrients may include data per ingredient, food, meal, and day in report and analysis file formats. It is expected that by 2010 a self-report web-based 24-hour recall tool will be validated and available through the National Cancer Institute (NCI).
