This is the set of items active on an OBRA Comprehensive assessment (Admission, Annual, Significant Change in Status, and Significant Correction of Prior Comprehensive Assessments). This item set is used whether the OBRA Comprehensive assessment is stand-alone or combined with any other assessment (PPS assessment and/or Discharge assessment). This panel should be used for CMS MDS3.0 v1.14.1 NC assessments performed between October 1, 2016 and September 30, 2017.
