An attachment modifier code that indicates a request to send a document that conforms to the HL7 Level 3 EMS Patient Care Report CDA R1 template. The attachment modifier codes are intended for use in the X12 messaging standard. Since the status information (STC) segment can repeat, multiple modifier codes could be sent (e.g. one for a time modifier and one for a template modifier).
