The Seattle Angina Questionnaire - 7 (SAQ-7) contains 7 questions used to measure health status in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). The SAQ-7 is a shortened version of the full SAQ (19 questions) and focuses on three domains that directly measure patients' current health status: Physical Limitation, Angina Frequency, and Quality of Life. Like the full SAQ, the SAQ-7 results in 3 domain scores as well as an overall summary score. [PMID: 25185249]
