This term was created for, but not limited in use to, the submitter's Patient global assessment (PGA) item, which is part of a patient-reported outcome measure for eczema control and is used to report the patient's perspective on the severity of their skin disease. The use of this term is not limited to skin diseases and the Answer list associated with it is an Example list. This term it may be used for other conditions with answer choices that are appropriate for that condition.
