Definicja i opis
The result of this assay represents the minimum serum dilution at which adalimumab activity is no longer blocked by anti-adalimumab antibody in the patient specimen (i.e., the dilution at which the antibody's neutralizing effect is eliminated). The term is created for an anti-adalimumab antibody assay employing the cell-based iLite TNF-alpha detection kit, but the term is not restricted in use to that product.
