EN
This test is a set of timed C-peptide measurements in response to a mixed meal after fasting overnight. C-peptide levels are taken pre and post stimulus. Testing is performed as part of a diagnostic workup of hypoglycemia and assessing insulin secretory reserve in diabetic patients who have insulin autoantibodies or who are receiving insulin therapy.
