Definicja i opis
This test is a set of timed glucose measurements in response to a mixed meal after fasting overnight. Glucose levels are taken pre and post stimulus. Testing is performed to evaluate glucose response in individuals with insulin deficiency and assess the extent of insulin deficiency and response of beta cells.
