Definicja i opis
This interferon-gamma release assay (IGRA) is an in vitro diagnostic test intended to measure cell-mediated immune reactivity to SARS-CoV-2 based on the quantification of interferon-gamma released from sensitized T-cells incubated overnight with either mitogen, SARS-CoV-2 antigen, or no antigen.
