Definicja i opis
A document (digital or paper format) that attests that a person has been vaccinated against coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) or, alternatively, that they have a recent negative test result or have recovered from a recent infection. The certificate can be issued if a person has received one or more vaccine doses, if the patient can exhibit a certificate attesting he/she has completely recover from COVID-19 or if the patient can exhibit a negative test result, typically performed in the last 48 hours.
